USING THE NEW PRINT SHOP WITH THE DMP-240

1. You cannot do color printing unless you are working on a computer that 
   has a hard drive and you have installed THE NEW PRINT SHOP to the hard
   drive and are working from there. It probably has something to do with 
   the way that the color driver loads in and out of memory or off of the 
   program disks.
2. Setup the DMP-240 to emulate Epson:
   a. Take the printer OFF-LINE.
   b. Press on MENU until the LCD screen displays MAC CTRL DEFN MAC.
   c. Press on SELECT until the LCD screen displays DEFN MAC MACRO 1.
   d. Press SAVE.
   e. Press MENU until the LCD displays EMULATION.
   f. Press SELECT until the LCD displays EPSON.  Then press SAVE.
   g. Press MENU until the LCD displays PG LYOUT LINE SP.
   h. Press SELECT until the LCD displays LINE SP. 8 LPI. Then press SAVE.
   i. Press MENU until the LCD displays INSTALL RIBBON.
   j. Press SELECT until the LCD displays RIBBON COLOR. Press SAVE.
   k. Press MENU until the LCD displays CHR TABL CHR SET.
   l. Press SELECT until the LCD displays CHR SET GRAPHICS.
      Then press SAVE 3 times. The LCD should then display: SAVED MACRO 1.
   m. Press the ON/OFF-LINE button until the LCD displays OFF-LINE.
   n. Press MENU until the LCD displays MAC CTRL LOAD MAC.
   o. Press SELECT until the LCD displays LOAD MAC MACRO 1.
      Press SAVE until the LCD displays LOADED MACRO 1.
   p. Press the ON/OFF-LINE button until the LCD displays ON-LINE.
3. In THE NEW PRINT SHOP, go into the SETUP, select CHOOSE PRINTER and 
   select the EPSON 2500, 2550 (C) printer. Then select SAVE SETUP.
