The DMP-300 is a high-density, dot matrix printer that performs a variety 
of different printing printing operations.

* Proportionally spaced characters

* Monospaced characters (standard, condensed, and compressed)

* Letter-quality characters

* Italic characters

* Super/Subscript

* Graphics-standard and high-resolution

The printer operates in three modes:

* Data Processing mode for quick output of program listings or data (Tandy  
  mode only)

* Word Processing mode for letter writing or creating text documentation  
  (Tandy mode only)

* Graphics mode (regular and high-resolution) for drawing pictures, figures,  
  or graphs

With your versatile printer you can select either:

* Tandy code set or

* Code set for IBM Proprinter X24

and either:

* Tandy character set or

* IBM character set

You can use two types of paper with the printer:

* Tractor-fed 4 to 10" computer fanfold forms with guide holes

* Friction-fed, single-sheet typewriter paper

Other features include:

* Full or half line feed and 3/4 or 4/5 line feed

* Underline capability

* Automatic paper loading

* Margin-set function

* Front-panel control on various printer features

* Form-tear-off function to advance the paper to tearing position after   
  printed
