NOTE: For an additional 25 feet of cable length, you can purchase an 
additional cable (26-290) and cable extender (26-2840).

Follow these steps to connect the printer to the computer.

NOTE: Do not force the cable's connectors. If a connector does not fit, try 
the cable's other connector or turn over the connector.

1. Be sure the printer and the computer are turned off.

2. Plug the cable's connector into the computer's printer connector. See
   the computer's owner's manual for instructions.

3. Plug the cable's other connector into the printer's connector. Close
   the latches to secure the connector.
