The Tandy 2800 HD 2400-bps Internal Modem has been designed specifically
for the Tandy 2800 HD portable computer.  It enables transfer of data
between computers and bulletin board services accessible by the telephone
system.

Note: The Telecom program (included with the DeskMate package installed on
the hard drive) is recommended for operating this modem.  Other modem 
communications programs can be helpful as well.
