When you first turn on your WP-101, the menu appears on the screen.

This menu lets you specify what kind of store memory you will be using
either built-in or card memory. You can also select from various tasks in the
menu. For example, press:

[3]  to save a text file or format file
[4]  to clear text in the work memory
[5]  to recall a text file or a format file from the store memory
[6]  to delete a file from the store memory
[7]  to rename a file in the store memory
[8]  to initialize the store memory
