The "README.TXT" file included with this product on the installation
diskette, Release v1.5, 12/19/91:

To install PCTV:
   Insert floppy into the A drive

   From Windows Program Manager, Select the "Files" entry on the menu bar

   Click on "files," then select "Run," and click on it.

   Enter a:\setup in the box which comes up, then press <ENTER>

   Setup will install PCTV in the subdirectory of your choice, add a Tandy
   PCTV savepath entry to your win.ini file, and create a PCTV program
   manager group.

   If you wish to move PCTV to another group, point to the GRX icon, hold 
   down the left mouse button, and drag the icon to the desired group, and 
   release the mouse button. Click on the "Files" menu item, then click on 
   "Delete," and delete the PCTV group.

Compatibility:

   This software has been tested with Windows 3.0, 3.00A and 3.1.

The PC/TV adapter board conforms to the NTSC standard of television
transmission as used in the United States. Because this standard is unique
to the this country, the PC/TV board is not recommended for sale or use in 
other countries. The adapter cannot be reconfigured or reprogrammed to
use PAL (the European standard) or HDTV (used throughout the Orient).
