You must have the following items to use your PC TV Adapter:

  An IBM PC XT or AT compatible computer with an ISA or EISA bus 
  (FCC Class B).

  A VGA monitor that supports a 31.5kHz or higher horizontal scan
  frequency.

  An available full-length expansion slot.

  A hard drive. 

  MS-DOS 3.0 or higher operating system

  Microsoft Windows version 3.0 or later (optional)

  A video source, such as a VCR, laser disc player, camcorder, cable TV 
  access, or antenna. 

  Headphones or speakers.
