To install the 1.2 MB diskette drive, you simply connect the drive directly
to the parallel printer port of your computer, plug in the AC adapter, and
run the supplied Extsetup program. Follow these steps:

1. Turn off the computer, and disconnect the power cords.

2. Locate the parallel printer port on the computer. (Refer to the computer
   user's guide.)

3. If a printer is connected to the selected port, disconnect it and connect
   it to the PRINTER port on back of the 1.2 MB drive.

4. Connect the data cable from the 1.2 MB drive to the printer port on the
   computer.

5. Attach the AC adapter to the POWER connector on the drive. Then, plug the
   adapter into a standard 120-volt wall outlet.

6. Turn on the drive and the computer.
