Before you install the 1.2 MB diskette drive in a Tandy 1000 RL or 1000 RL/HD
computer, you must install a jumper on Pins E2 and E3 on the computer's main
logic board. Pins E2 and E3 are located just to the right of and behind J5,
the small connector between the main logic board and the sound board above
it.  J5 is labeled SSJ on the main logic board.

NOTE: This modification is required in order for the drive to operate pro-
perly with your computer. If jumper location E2-E3 does not have staking
pins, please take your computer to a Radio Shack Service Center for modifica-
tion by a trained technician.
