If the printer fails to operate properly, try these troubleshooting
suggestions.  If you still cannot eliminate the problem, contact your
local Radio Shack store for assistance.

PROBLEM                                 CAUSE/REMEDY

If you notice a color misalignment after you run the color self test,
rotate the blue adjustment wheel as follows:

-If the upper part of the self test's black line shows cyan (a bluish-green)
 the ribbon cassette position is too low; rotate the adjustment wheel
 toward the back of the printer.

-If the bottom part of the self test's black line is missing, the ribbon
 cassette is too high; rotate the wheel toward the front of the printer.
