The DCM-3 is a self-contained, FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) telephone inter
face.  The DCM-3 offers the following features:

(1) MODE SWITCH.  Selects either ORIGINATE or ANSWER mode.

(2) CARRIER DETECT INDICATOR.  Lights when a carrier tone is detected.

(3) CONNECT SWITCH.  Connects the modem to the telephone line.  Push this
    switch to turn power on.

(4) POWER ON INDICATOR.  Lights when the modem's power is on and connected 
    to telephone line.
