The Radio Shack TAD-517 is a high-quality telephone answering system with
touch-tone remote control.  The remote control features lets you use most
of your answering machine's features from almost any touch-tone phone.
The TAD-517 is easy to operate and ideal for use in either you home or
office.

Automatic Toll-Saver - Saves unnecessary toll charges when you call by
                       long-distance to check your messages.

      Call Screening - Lets you listen while a caller leaves a message
                       so you can decide if you want to answer the call.

      Memo Recording - Lets you leave reminders for yourself or messages
                       for others in your home or office.

Single Microcassette - Records both the outgoing message and incoming
                       messages.

                 VOX - Stops recording after several seconds of silence
                       to conserve tape space.

For your records, we suggest you record your TAD's serial number, which is
on the bottom of the TAD.
