Feeder For LP 800

After you install the 2nd Bin Sheet Feeder, you need to set the TRAY
menu in your printer's main directory.  For more information on using
your printer's menu, see your printer's User's Guide.

1. Press ON LINE until OFF-LINE appears on the display.

2. Press FUNCTION to enter the Select Directory mode.

3. Press SET to choose the Main Directory and enter the select menu mode.

4. Repeatedly press UP arrow until TRAY appears on the display.

5. Press SET to enter the Change Setting mode.

6. Press UP arrow or DOWN arrow until the desired setting appears on the
   display.

   2nd ONLY:  The printer feeds the paper from the 2nd Bin Sheet Feeder
              only.  The printer ignores the computer's control code to
              change the paper source.

   2nd or MC:  The printer feeds the paper from the designated source
               (2nd or Main Cassette) first.  Your software sends control
               codes to switch the paper source.  The printer does not
               automatically switch to the other paper source when the
               selected paper source runs out of paper.

   BOTH:       The printer feeds the paper from the 2nd Bin Sheet Feeder
               first.  When the paper runs out, the printer automatically
               switches to the Main Paper Cassette.

7. Press SET to return to return to the Menu Setting mode.

8. Press FUNCTION to exit the Menu Setting mode.

9. Press ON LINE until ON-LINE appears on the display.
