To use the alarm to announce someone's presence, set CHIME/OFF/ALARM to
CHIME.  The chime sounds when the sensor detects movement within the
detection angle.

To use the alarm as a motion alarm, set CHIME/OFF/ALARM to ALARM.  The
alarm alerts you when the sensor detects movement within the detection
angle.

To turn off the alarm, set CHIME/OFF/ALARM to OFF.
