Your ET-177 Desk/Wall Compact Telephone is an excellent addition to your
home or office.  Its slim profile makes it a great choice when you need a
quality telephone that doesn't take up much space.  You can mount it on a
flat surface such as a table or counter top, or mount it on a wall plate
or directly on a wall.  Its modular connectors make it easy to replace
cords.

Other features included:

                              Redial - dials the last number you dialed
                                       with the touch of a single button.

                               Flash - sends as electronic switchhook
                                       signal for specialized telephone
                                       services such as call waiting.

                                Mute - lets you talk to someone else in
                                       the room without being overheard by
                                       the person on the phone.

Touch-Tone or Pulse (Rotary) Dialing - lets you use the phone with either
                                       type of service.

               Ringer Volume Control - enables you to set the ringer at a
                                       comfortable sound level.

           Hearing-Aid Compatibility - lets you use the phone with any
                                       hearing aid that has a T (phone)
                                       switch.

This telephone has been tested and found to comply with applicable UL
standards.
