Follow these instructions to use the radio.

1.  Extend the antenna to its full length.

2.  Set VOLUME about halfway between MIN and MAX.

3.  Press WEATHER to turn on the radio.  The power indicator lights.

Note:  If the power indicator does not light, replace the battery.

4.  Set CHANNEL to the frequency that provides the clearest reception.
    Then, swivel the antenna to the position that provides the best
    reception on that channel.

Note:  If you are in a fringe reception area, the signal might be
       intermittent or noisy.  Try placing the radio near an outside wall
       or window for improved reception.

5.  Adjust VOLUME to a comfortable listening level.

To turn off the radio, press WEATHER.
