You can order replacement parts for the vehicle at the local Radio Shack
store.  Simply identify the part(s) you need from the following diagram 
or the exploded view drawing.  Then find the part number in the 
"Spare Parts Set."

When you order any of the parts marked with *, you also need the pivot \
shaft set, since you have to remove the pivot shaft first before replacing 
the part.  See "Removing the Pivot Shaft."

INSTALLING THE REPLACEMENT PARTS

Installing the Front Tire Set

The nylon nut must be fastened so the wheel rotates smoothly.  Rotate the 
wheel as you fasten the nut

Plastic Bearing (Large) / Nylon Nut / Front Wheel / Box Wrench


Installing the Rear Tire Set

Rear Wheel / Rear Wheel Adapter / Rear Wheel Hub / Nylon Nut / Box Wrench


Installing the Body Set

Tapping Screw 3 x 15 / Tapping Screw 3 x 12 / Body / Antenna Wire


Removing the Pivot Shaft

Use a hammer to remove the bush from the pivot shaft.  Take care not to 
hurt your fingers.

Front /  Remove front tire and bumper first.

Rear /  Remove rear tire.


Installing the Pivot Shaft

Tape the new bush on the pivot shaft.  Do not use excessive force.

Front / Use a New Bush.

Rear / Use a New Bush.
