INSTALLING YOUR INTERCOM

1.  Choose the most convenient location for the master unit and for the
    remote station.

2.  Connect the cable from the remote station to the appropriate jack on
    the rear of the master station.

Notes:  Be sure to route the cable where it will not be pinched by doors
        or stepped on.

        To install the stations more than 66 ft. apart, you can make a
        connecting cable of 22 gauge wire (Radio Shack Cat. No. 278-860)
        and two 1/8" two-conductor plugs (Cat. No. 274-286).

INSTALLING THE BATTERY

1.  Open the master station's case by inserting a coin into the slot
    between the top and bottom of the case and twisting the coin.

2.  Snap the battery connector over the terminals of a 9-volt battery,
    observing proper polarity.

3.  Place the battery inside the case.

4.  Replace the cover and snap the case together.

    You can use a Radio Shack AC adapter (Cat. No. 273-1431) in place of a
    battery.
