Wired Intercom System (430-0222A) Operation Faxback Doc. # 6871 Signalling From the Master Station 1. Leave the OFF/VOLUME control in the OFF position. 2. Press [PUSH TO TALK]. Talking From the Master Station 1. Turn the master station's OFF/VOLUME control clockwise until it clicks on. 2. Press and hold [PUSH TO TALK] and speak into the master station's grille. 3. To listen, release [PUSH TO TALK]. Adjust the OFF/VOLUME control as necessary to hear. Signalling From the Remote Station On the remote station, press [CALL] to signal the master station. Note: A call signal from the remote station will be heard at the master station only if the master station's OFF/VOLUME control is set to OFF. Talking From the Remote Station Speak into the remote station's grille. Then, listen for the reply from the master station. Notes: The master station's OFF/VOLUME control must be set to ON. The remote station's [CALL] is only for signalling. Do not press [CALL] while talking to or listening to the master station. (LB/all-7/7/94)
