Your Radio Shack X K Ka Super Wideband Radar/Two-Way Laser Detector
receives all X-, K-, and Ka- band traffic radar signals and also detects
the Laser system many police departments use to measure vehicle speed.  It
can even detect laser signals coming from behind your vehicle.  Your easy-
to-mount detector alerts you with a light and a tone when it detects a
signal.

Your detector uses FAST (False Alert Suppression Technology) that helps
prevent false alarms caused by other radar detectors, without reducing
sensitivity to traffic radar signals.

NOTE:  Some areas have laws regulating the use of radar detectors.  Check
       with your local law enforcement agency about the laws in your area.

                 Highway/City Modes - lets you reduce the detector's
                                      sensitivity to X-band signals,
                                      often used for non-traffic radar
                                      devices, without affecting the
                                      detector's sensitivity to K- and
                                      Ka-band radar signals.

X-, K-, and Super Wideband
Ka-Band and Laser Signal Detection - warns you when it detects signals
                                      from traffic radar or laser devices.
                                      Different tones sound and indicators
                                      light to show the type of signal
                                      detected.

                   Ghost Technology - makes your detector invisible to the
                                      VG-2 radar-detector for maximum
                                      driving confidence.

Physical Features:

               P/V Button - Turns the detector on and off and lets you
                            adjust the volume.

            PWR Indicator - Lights when you connect the detector to power
                            and turn it on.

          Digital Display - Indicates the detector's mode (dark, audio
                            mute, city, highway) and also indicates laser
                            alert.

        DRK (Dark) Button - Dims or turns off your detector's and digital
                            display.

       AUD (Audio) Button - Replaces the normal alert sound with a
                            clicking pattern.  Also sets you silence
                            alerts.

CTY (City/Highway) Button - Switches between the highway mode and the city
                            mode.
