SETTING THE TIME

1.  Press and hold down CLOCK until either PM or AM and the sand start
    flashing.

2.  Press (UP ARROW) to select AM or PM.  The press (RIGHT ARROW).  AM or
    PM lighter and the hour digits flash.

3.  Press and hold down (UP ARROW) or (DOWN ARROW) to change the hour,
    then press >.  The clock starts keeping time.

4.  Press and hold down (UP ARROW) or (DOWN ARROW) to change the minutes,
    then press (RIGHT ARROW).  The clock start keeping time.  The sand
    falls down through the hourglass, clearing and starting again every
    minute.

NOTES:

-If you do not press (RIGHT ARROW) within 2 minutes after AM or PM, the
 hour, or the minutes begin flashing, the clock exits the setting mode
 and the flashing data is not entered.

-To exit the clock setting mode while setting the tie, press CLOCK.  The
 clock returns to the time set prior to entering the clock setting mode.

-If you have trouble reading the clock, either place a piece of white
 paper behind it or change your viewing angle.
