If you are not going to use the truck for several days, remove the batteries from the truck and transmitter. Never leave dead or weak batteries in the truck or the transmitter. The batteries might leak chemicals that can cause damage. Do not use the truck on a wet floor or in mud, sand, rain, or snow. These can damage the truck. To protect the truck from lint and hair, do not drive the truck on carpet. Wipe the truck with a damp cloth occasionally to keep it looking new. Do not use harsh chemicals to clean the truck. Modifying or tampering with the truck's or the transmitter's internal components can cause a malfunction and might invalidate the warranty and void your FCC authorization to operate it. If the truck does not work properly, take it to your local Radio Shack store for assistance.
