The Radio Shack Radio-Controlled Silver Racer is built to handle the road,
whether the "road" is the hallway in your house or the sidewalk outside.
And if you use rechargeable nickel-cadmium batteries, the Silver Racer can
recharge them for you with an optional adapter-charger.

Note:  You need eight AA batteries and one 9-volt battery to power the
       Silver Racer and its controller.

Cautions:  Use only fresh batteries of the required size and type.

           NEVER leave dead or weak batteries in the Silver Racer.

           If the Silver Racer will not be used for several days, remove
           the batteries.

           Do not mix old and new batteries, or batteries of different
           types, such as alkaline and nickle-cadmium batteries, or
           nickel-cadmium batteries of different capacities.

           Dispose of batteries properly; do not bury or burn them.
