Each walkie-talkie uses a standard 9-volt battery (not supplied).  We
recommend alkaline batteries, such as Radio Shack Cat. No. 23-553.

1.  Press down on PUSH on the battery compartment cover and slide the
    cover in the direction of the arrow.

2.  Snap the battery into the terminals and insert it into the
    compartment.

3.  Replace the cover.

Note:  When either walkie-talkie cannot transmit properly or the sound
       becomes weak, replace its battery.
