Your fax machine can print out several reports so you check the current
time, name/number, and the memory location numbers.

Before you change a setting, print the report for the one you want to
change.  After you confirm the current settings, change them, and then
print the report again to verify the new settings.

The chart below shows the reports the fax machine can print, their
contents, and the buttons you press to print them.

Note:  Your fax machine automatically prints two reports without your
       input:  the callback message report and the message confirmation
       report.  Your fax machine automatically prints a callback message
       report any time you fail to respond to a voice request from another
       fax machine.  The message confirmation report automatically prints
       if an error occurs during a transmission.
