TFX 1030 (430-1202) Printing Reports Faxback Doc. # 7457 Your fax machine can print out several reports so you check the current time, name/number, and the memory location numbers. Before you change a setting, print the report for the one you want to change. After you confirm the current settings, change them, and then print the report again to verify the new settings. The chart below shows the reports the fax machine can print, their contents, and the buttons you press to print them. ------------------------------------------------------------------- REPORT | WHAT IT SHOWS | BUTTON SEQUENCE | ------------------------------------------------------------------- Help |A quick reference for |[FUNCTION][START/COPY] | |your fax machine's | | |basic functions. | | ------------------------------------------------------------------- Date/Time |Current date and time |[FUNCTION][0][START/COPY] | ------------------------------------------------------------------- ID |The current name and |[FUNCTION][1][START/COPY] | |phone number | | ------------------------------------------------------------------- Location |All the telephone |[FUNCTION][2][0][START/COPY]| Number |numbers stored in | | |memory | | ------------------------------------------------------------------- Options |Current settings for |[FUNCTION][2][1][START/COPY]| |the user selectable | | |options | | ------------------------------------------------------------------- Communication|The last twenty |[FUNCTION][2][2][START/COPY]| |transmission and | | |reception results | | ------------------------------------------------------------------- Note: Your fax machine automatically prints two reports without your input: the callback message report and the message confirmation report.
