Lift open the cassette compartment lid. 3. Press the [PLAY] button. The tape head/motion assembly moves forward. Use a cotton swab dipped in cleaning fluid or denatured alcohol to clean the parts. All cleaning materials can be obtained from Radio Shack. Your Minisette-20 is an example of superior design and craftsmanship. The following suggestions will help you care for the Minisette-20 so that you can enjoy it for years. Keep the Minisette-20 dry. If is does get wet, wipe it dry immediately. Wipe the Minisette-20 with a dampened cloth occasionally to keep it looking new. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean the unit. Use only fresh batteries of the recommended size and type. Always remove old or weak batteries. They can leak chemicals that destroy electronic circuits. Modifying or tampering with the Minisette-20's internal components can cause a malfunction and might invalidate the Minisette-20's warranty.
