Your Duophone System 208 2-Line Phone with Auto-Dialer and Intercom can be
used as a stand alone phone or part of a complete system of 2-line phones.
You can connect up to 5 system 208's to the same phone line and can place
or receive calls from any extension, using line 1 or line 2.  The built in
intercom uses the phone line so that there is no need for any additional
wiring. It allows you to page someone at any other system 208 phone
connected to the lines.

Each unit can store up to 20 frequently called numbers in memory for auto
dialing.

This system also includes the following features:

2-Line Phone System - allows you to handle 2 phone lines simultaneously,
without any external controlling device.

Built-In Paging Intercom - enables paging and intercom - enables
conversation between the extension units.

Redial - lets you quickly dial the last number dialed.

Memory Dialing - lets you store as many as 20 numbers of up to 16 digits
each.

Flash Button - generates an electronic switchhook signal for use with
special services such as call waiting.

Different Ring Tones for Line 1 and Line 2 - makes it easy to tell which
line is ringing.

Line Status Indicators - show the status of each line whether in use, not
in use, on hold, or ringing.

Hold Button - lets you put 1 or both calls on hold.

Selectable Touch-Tone or Pulse Dialing - allows use of any phone line.

Backup Batteries - protect memory numbers.

Temporary Tone Dialing - allows communication with tone access services
such as bank-by-phone, from a rotary line.

Hearing-Aid Compatible - works with hearing-aids that have a T switch.
