The CD player's carrying case lets you take your CD player almost anywhere you go. Connect a pair if stereo earphones (not supplied) for private listen- ing, or connect the CD player to your home audio system using the supplied Y-adapter. You can power your CD player with AA batteries, standard AC power, or from a vehicle's battery. The CD-3400's advanced technology makes it simple to operate. Audible Search-helps you locate a particular section of the music by rapidly playing the CD in either direction. Sequence Programming-lets you program up to 22 tracks to play in any order you choose. Repeat Play-lets you automatically repeat a single track, an entire CD, a programmed sequence, or randomly selected tracks. Pause/Cue-lets you temporarily stop play and then restart the music from the same point, or cue a track to play later. Eight-Times Oversampling with Digital Filtering-further improves the CD's sound by multiplying the standard 44.1 kHz sample rate by eight and using a digital filter to reduce or eliminate distortion. 1-Bit DAC-uses the latest in digital-to-analog conversion circuitry to improve sound clarity. Programmed Equalizer System-creates a fuller sound by increasing the bass, treble, or both. Auto Power On/Off-Turns on the CD player when you press >||. The player turns off automatically when you press box or when it finishes playing all the tracks. Resume Function-recalls the Cd player's track and mode when you turned it off and lets you continue from the same place the next place the next time you turn it on.
