Your Realistic Micro-16 Microcassette Tape Recorder is lightweight,
compact, and easy to operate.  It's perfect for recording lectures,
interviews, and meetings.

The Micro-16 offers the following special features:

     Voice Actuation with
     two Sensitivity Settings - Starts recording when the recorder picks
                                up sound and stops recording a few
                                seconds after the sound stops to save
                                power and tape, and to make recording
                                more convenient.

           Four Power Options - Gives you the choice of powering your
                                recorder with non-rechargeable batteries,
                                rechargeable nickel-cadmium batteries, a
                                vehicle battery (requires optional DC
                                adapter), or standard AC power (Record/

            Battery Indicator - Lets you know when the recorder is
                                recording and when the batteries are weak
                                or dead.

              Two Tape Speeds - Lets you record and play back the tape
                                at slow speed for twice the recording/
                                playback time or at normal speed for
                                better sound quality.

                 Quick Record - Lets you go directly from playback to
                                recording without stopping the tape.

                    Auto-Stop - Turns off the power at the end of a tape
                                to conserve power and protect the motor.

                 Tape Counter - Helps you locate specific passages on the
                                tape.

                   Cue/Review - Lets you hear the recording as you fast
                                forward or rewind so that you can easily
                                find a specific passage on the tape.

Built-In Condenser Microphone - Lets you record without an
                                external microphone.

     External Microphone Jack - Gives you the option of using an external
                                microphone (not supplied).

                     Earphone - Allows private listening.

      Automatic Level Control - Automatically adjusts the recording
                                level.

              AC Bias Circuit - Ensures a high signal-to-noise ratio and
                                low distortion during recording.
