Your new Realistic PRO-2028 50-Channel Direct Search Programmable Scanner 
lets youo in on all the action! This scanner gives you direct access to over
22,000 exciting frequencies that include the police department, fire depart-
ment, ambulance, amateur radio, and transportation services.  You can select 
up to 50 channels for your scanner to scan and you can change your selection
at any time.

The secret to your scanner's ability to scan so many frequencies is its 
custom-designed microprocessor-a tiny, built-in computer.  Your scanner 
also has these special features:

Memory Backup- keeps the channel frequencies stored in memory are held for 
up to three days during power loss.

Lock-Out Function-keeps channels you select from being scanned.

Ten Channel Storage Banks-let you store 5 channels in each of 10 banks to 
group channels so calls are easier to identify, such as police, fire ham.

Priority Channel-checks the channel you set as your most important every 
two seconds so you don't miss important calls.

Two-Second Scan Delay-delays the scanning mode for 2 seconds before moving 
to another channel so you can hear more replies.  

Direct Frequency Search-scans through every available frequency to find 
interesting broadcasts.

Monitor Memories-temporarily save up to five channels you locate during a 
frequency search.

Weather Band Key-scans the preprogrammed weather frequencies to keep you 
informed of the most current weather conditions.

Backlight-lets you easily see the scanner's display at night.
