The Realistic TRC-438 Mobile 40-channel CB Transceiver is a mobile
citizen's band transceiver.  You can use it in your vehicle or as a base
station in your home using an optional AC power supply and base antenna. 
The Built-in 40-channel PLL (Phase Locked Loop) frequency-reference crystal
for reliable and exacting tuning. 

The CB also has these features:

Two Ceramic Filters - Ensure superior selectivity and freedom from adjacent
                      channel interference.  Digital Channel-Number Display
                      makes it easy to see which channel you select.

RF Output Power and Signal-Strength Meter - Lets you monitor the status of
