FRONT PANEL: BATTERY Indicator LED:.....Lights to indicate battery is in good condition. POWER Switch:...................................Turns the Mixer ON and OFF. MODE Switch:................................Sets output for STEREO or MONO. Fader Controls:..............Increases or decreases the level of the signal connected to the corresponding input jack-either Mic or Line. REAR PANEL AND CONNECTIONS BATTERY TEST Button:..........................Press to check battery condition. If the battery is OK, the front panel BATTERY LED will light. OUTPUT Jacks:..........................Use shielded audio cables to connect between these jacks and the MIC inputs on your PA system or tape Deck. If your PA/ Tape Deck is monaural, use only one jack and set the front panel MODE to MONO. MIC Jacks:...........................Connect Microphone(s) here. For stereo, follow the L and R marking below each jack: channels 1 and/or 3 for Left, 2 and/or 4 for Right. LINE Jacks:.......................Connect the output from Tape Deck or other high level signal source. Follow the L/R marking for stereo. NOTE: When both LINE and MIC inputs are connected to the same channel, the two signals are mixed. To control the balance of two signals connected to the same channel, you must be able to adjust the input levels. GND Screw:..........Connect to your PA System's Ground screw to prevent hum.
