  Ultra Asteroids is an enhanced version of the classic Asteroids
game.  It runs under DOS, and requires VGA graphics.  Enjoy!


To Install 
----------

 *1) Run the setup.exe to select and test your soundcard
  2) Type 'runme' to begin

 * generates the file soundrv.com


Default Controls 
----------------

  Left/Right Arrow  - Rotate Left/Right
  Up                - Thrust
  Ctrl              - Fire
  Alt               - Shields
  Spacebar          - Hyperspace
  q                 - Quit to Menu

  NOTE: controls are now customizable by editing the keys.map file


Points 
------

  Big Asteroid:    25
  Medium Asteroid: 50
  Small Asteroid:  75
  Big Saucer:      300
  Tiny Saucer:     1000

  ==> Free man every 10000 pts <==


Power-Ups 
---------

  Get the spinning 'S' for extra shield power
  Get the pulsing 'P' for triple shot power
