The version 2.1 of the Civilization Map Editor !!!!

After version 1.0 has contained some bugs and has run together only with
a few versions of civ.exe, I hope that this version will work much better.
Now it self detects the civ.exe version number. Like in version 1.0 you
can change the map while playing only.

The file civmap21.zip contains the .exe file, the sources and some 
informations.
