This is a readme file for a little program to restore spell points 
in The Summoning. You should find the file names readme.txt, restore.bat
and mana.exe in the package SUMRESP.ZIP (the SUMmoning REstore Spell Points)
I wrote it because I like to use magic and the writers forgot to include
a meditation or sleep command.

Install
-------

Copy the restore.bat file to the SUMMON directory.
Copy the mana.exe file to the SUMMON\SAVES directory.


Usage
-----
First save your game. Then exit to dos. In the summon directory type
restore. Restore will change directory to the saves files and display
all your save games. Then it executes the program mana. Mana will ask
you for a file name. Just enter the your file name (most of the times
the filename with the highest number). Then it asks for your new spell
points. Enter your maximum. Then restore changes the directory back to
summon.

Errors
------
You use the program at your own risk. I am not responsible for any 
damage to your system. You can expect errors when you give an incorrect
file name (don't try that on command.com). You can also expect an 
errors if you enter a number of spell points greater then 255. Also the
program was tested with version 1.0 I think.

Well any notes/errors can be mailed to c.w.g.m.enders@kub.nl . Don't 
ask for question can you give me max hp, max stats items. The answer 
is 'No, I can do it but it will cost me too much to to write it'.
